I am honored and excited to join the Capitan School District as superintendent.
With 25 years of experience in education, I bring a deep commitment to supporting both students and staff, while ensuring our district continues to grow and thrive. I am passionate about creating a collaborative, supportive environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed—both academically and personally.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of roles in education and I have had the privilege of working with communities across New Mexico. I am excited to now call Capitan home.
I am married and blessed to have six children, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren who inspire me every day. My family is an important part of my life, and I look forward to becoming an active member of the Capitan community, building relationships, and supporting all of you in any way I can.
I believe in the power of relationships, and I am excited to engage with the students, parents, staff, and community to continue building on the great work already in place. Together, we will make Capitan Municipal Schools a place where every student is supported and empowered to succeed.
