Notice is hereby given pursuant to 22-8-10 NMSA, 1978 that the Board of Education of Capitan School District #40, county of Lincoln, state of New Mexico, will meet on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. MDT to present and publicly review the budget for the 2026–2027 fiscal year.
